Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the LLMsMonitor site and application operated by LLMsMonitor. It covers the data processed when you sign up, fill in the contact form, or simply visit the site. For the legal bases and the full list of your rights, see the KVKK notice.

2. The data we collect

As part of the service we process the following:

• Account details: your name, your email address, an irreversible hash of your password; your language, time zone and theme preferences.
• Project data: the brand and domain you track, your competitor list, the questions (prompts) you write and your schedule settings. This is your business data and is not expected to contain personal data.
• Collected answers: the answers AI assistants give to your questions, the sources they cite, and the measurements computed from them. This content is produced by the assistants.
• Contact form: your name, email address, company if given, your message; and, to trace abuse, the IP address and browser the request came from.
• Technical logs: the access and error logs the server keeps.

3. Why we process it

• To create and verify your account and provide the service.
• To ask the assistants your questions, keep the answers and compute the measurements.
• To answer your contact requests.
• To prevent abuse, unauthorised access and spam.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies the service needs to work: a session cookie that recognises your session, and a security token that protects forms against forgery. Session records are kept on the server and expire after 120 minutes of inactivity. Your theme and language preference are kept in your browser's own storage and are not sent to us.

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. No page of ours makes a request to a third-party server; every file, fonts included, is served from this domain.

5. Retention

• The raw answer from an assistant is kept for 90 days and then deleted. The text, sources and measurements extracted from it are kept for as long as your account is open.
• When you delete a project, every answer and measurement belonging to it is deleted.
• When you close your account, your account details are deleted, except for records we are legally required to keep.
• The IP address and browser details on contact messages are deleted after 180 days. The message itself is kept as a record of the correspondence.
• Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it with the following parties, only to the extent needed to provide the service:

• Our hosting provider: the servers and database run on its infrastructure.
• Our email delivery provider: to deliver verification, alert and digest emails.
• Our answer collection providers: your questions are passed to these providers to be asked of the assistants. Your name, email or account details are not.
• Public authorities: where a legal obligation arises.

7. Transfers abroad

The servers of our hosting, email and answer collection providers may be outside Türkiye. In that case the transfer is made under the conditions of Article 9 of Law No. 6698, with your explicit consent where required.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Only the people who need to operate the service have access to data. When an administrator enters your account for support, the action is logged.

9. Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. Send requests to hello@llmsmonitor.com; we answer within 30 days at the latest.

10. Changes

When we update this text we change its date. For a significant change we notify you at the email address on your account.
